IWA Supported events
With IWA support, we will lend our name as a 'Supporting Organisation'. With IWA as a Supporting Organisation, your event benefits from the credibility and visibility of our world-leading global water network. Known for our high-quality activities, IWA’s support enhances your event’s profile, helping you reach a broader audience, increase awareness, and strengthen recognition within the global water sector.
Supported event benefits
Conference paper publication opportunity
The high-quality papers from your conference will be considered for possible publication by IWA Publishing. (Note that the final decision would be rest with the chair of the IWA Editorial Committee).
IWA events meet strict criteria
The proposal will be reviewed internally by the IWA Secretariat conference staff. The Secretariat will respond within a timeframe of up to two weeks following submission. If all criteria are met, the proposal will receive final approval.
Timeline
Contact us at least 12 months before the proposed conference date. Submit the proposal at least 6 months before the conference date.

Support
The support of the IWA Community (Specialist Group, Young Water Professional Chapter, Governing Member) is required. Please provide evidence of their support (email or a letter).
Supported IWA events - terms and conditions
1) Use the IWA name and logo according to its supporting partner status and without any alteration on website, onsite boards, registration brochures and marketing materials. 2) Provide a discount to IWA members (>5% to 10% or equivalent to the discount offered to other support parties) 3) Display free promotional material from IWA and IWA Publishing 4) Allow two IWA Officers and/or Staff members to attend the conference and register at no cost 5) A fee will be charged for the use of IWA Brand (420 GBP to 2510 GBP depending on the size and location of the event)
IWA support proposals
Once you’ve completed the proposal, please submit it for approval below. Please make sure that all aspects of the proposal are ready before starting the submission. Unfortunately, once you submit the proposal there is no option for editing. If you need to make any amendment, you need to start the submission again.
